"So here the question is... This question is almost inquired by intelligent persons, that "We have come to this material world and suffering, but the living entity is part and parcel of Krsna, or God. How he has come to this material world?" (Srila Prabhupada:Srimad-Bhagavatam 2.8.7;
Los Angeles, February 10, 1975)

Perhaps a more intelligent question would be to ask not how we came here but how can we return to our original condition.

Hare Krishna !
Asnwer to your question was given by Srila Prabhupada in his small but interesting book "Hare Krishna Challenge". In this book , SP writes that God first created material world for us (souls) which is like Police Dept. which is always needed when town is to be formed.
He further says that God has put us in this world(prison house) due to our desire of enjoying seperately from Lord Krishna.
So he again sends his devotees who always tells us to reawaken our dormant love & servitory mood for Lord Krishna

Please accept my dandavat pranam Yogesh,
Also, Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur gives a very nice explanation of "Durga" or "prison house" in his purport to verse 44 of the The Bramha Samihita, (Isckon pub.of 1985, page 82) "When jivas begotten of the marginal potency (tatashta sakti) forget the service of Krsna they are confined in the mundane prison house, the citadel of Durga. The wheel of karma is the instrument of punishment at this place."

As for our origin, I know this is a difficult question, hotly debated in some circles, and obviously as a conditioned soul I'm not in a position to really know myself, nor is it really important to me...But I'd like to share My Guru Maharaja's perspective as I may imperfectly recall what was said. His Divine Grace Srila Sridhar Maharaja mentioned that the jiva emerges from a uniform sheet of consciousness. Tatasta-bramajyoti. That our origin is not Goloka, but that participation in Goloka lila (madurya rasa) is indeed our potential. More perspective can be found in the book "Subjective Evolution of Consciousness" published by Ananta Printing and publishing in Soquel, CA

Would you mind clarifying your question a little more? Are you asking about the process from spiritual into material energy? Or, something else?

Yes, the question is not clear. However, assuming that the question is "how Krsna/God as the living entity has come to this material world" -

What is this material world ?
Who are we, if we are separate from Lord Krsana/God ?

The labels, we/I/He/they/you are but illusions. This material world is nothing but illusion. Once you attain Jnan (Gyan/Knowledge), you would find there is nothing but Krsna/God.

Lord Krsna says :

" By attaining that (Knowledge), you will see all beings in Me & Me in all beings."

We are just ephemeral waves on the vast/infinite ocean of the Truth/the Lord/God ... we appear different but our origin/ structure/end comes from & again merge into the same ocean. There is only Ocean ... nothing else !

So ... he never came in this world ... this world is in Him & he is in every particle of this world.

Hari :D

I think the question was designed by Rukmini devi das to allow us to think a little.

And just before I got into this movement it was a burning question for me that I had answered for me by B.C Narasingha dasa
