I ve read that parashuram created kerala when he threw his axe.
But if we look at the avatar manifastation in earth vamana came before parashuram who tested bali maharaj(who was ruler - including kerala)(reference to kerala popular belief onam).
How can this happen, if vamana came first and then parashuram created kerala after that.
