Vedic entities and aliens?

After having read Richard L Thompsons book "Alien Identities" I am curious to find out why the raksasas, pisacas, yaksas and bhutas keep coming to earth and why they hate human beings so much? This is important for me to know this. Can someone please explain this and why is it mentioned in the Srimad Bhagavatam if it is not relevant in some way? Are they the so called aliens in the ufos we see today?

Well, I'm new here (I wonder how many times I'm gonna keep saying that!) and seeing as there are no replies to your post so far I'll give it a go.

If anyone finds fault with my offering here I'd be pleased to be corrected. It'll be far from conclusive but it's a start.

So, here we go.....

The living entities, jivas, spirit souls, whatever you wish to call them, are in this material world transmigrating from one material body to another. Along their journeys they develop deeper enviousness and further entanglement in karma or they develop more humbleness and acceptance that God is in control and submit to Him and the path back to the spiritual worlds.

Desire is the key to which body we have and which activity Krishna facilitates. If along the way, a jiva develops hatred and perversely enjoys the activities of hatred like causing suffering to others, then it will be given a body to facilitate those desires. And some jivas get bodies and positions to facilitate demoniac activity. They then go on to enjoy trying to destroy God's creation and especially trying to draw other jivas away from God as in when something terrible happens in the world people go "aha, you see, there is no God". Some demons are aware of God, some not. So the motivations vary. But it's linked very much to the jiva's desire to be in control, to have power over material energy, over other jivas. In fact, to, in their own eyes, play God.

Maybe the UFO's are these demons, or maybe the UFO's are imaginary. I'm sorry I can't help you with that one. For me personally UFO's are not an important issue. Whatever is going on in this material world will happen whatever I think or believe. But for sure I need to wake up, get my spiritual life together and get out of here!

Hope that was of some partial use. I'll see if I can get some other info on your subject. If I do I'll post again. If someone tells me I'm talking nonsense, I'll post an apology. Whatever. Hopefully someone else out there can answer vimana better than I did.

I feel that I must also explain why I asked about demons and ufos - is that I am an experiencer of the ufo phenomenon and have also had some strange alien related experiences. I find this difficult to write about (without being ridiculed) but my experiences involved "greys" who I assume are types of Danavas (negative entities) and aryan blondes (the so called nordics who were most kind). I have wondered if the blondes are Vidyadharas or those said to travel in outer space in the Srimad Bhagavatam, fifth canto. That is the reason why I started this thread.

I am really in need of finding out what is exactly going on and if other devotees of Krsna are having the same experiences. Is there some possibility that manipulation of vaisnavas is occurring as well for some yet unknown purpose? It is not a far fetched idea. Duryodhana was said to have been abducted by Danavas and genetically manipulated prior to the Mahabharata war and there is scriptural reference to this.

Having said this, I ask for any feedback from any of you including references to abductions in the vedas or from the gurus, and the purposes for which they were carried out. I want to know why I am being manipulated and for what purpose.
