Since The Bhagwat Gita, took place at the battlefeild. As we can understand that it is quite a happening place, when lord krishna told the REAL truth to Arjun. It just raises a question in my mind, how this much time was taken out of that place to give all these pearls to humanity.

and is that Sanjaya wrote the entire "Gita" ??

The Bhagavad Gita is part of the Mahabharata; it is an episode in the concluding part, Santi Parva, representing Lord Krishna’s advice to Arjuna in the battle field.

Sanjaya had the power to envision the battlefield even though he was not there physically and related to blind Dhrtarastra what the situation was at Kuruksetra.

It was Srila Vyasadeva (an incarnation of the Lord) who appeared in this world to compile and divide the Vedas so that people of all levels of intelligence can understand them. This includes the Mahabharata which of course includes Bhagavad Gita.

I read a long time ago that Bhagavad Gita was spoken in less than an hour by Lord Krsna so really the time taken out of the battle was extremely brief.
