I would like to inform all and potential devotees within Iskcon that it is common practice for temple presidents to spy on devotees whilst residing in the temples. This has been confirmed on a number of occasions at different temples. On one occasion the temple president {name available on request} of a particular temple had the whole place bugged with miniture microphones and was unknowingly observed by myself listening in on devotees conversations. Knowlegde of others conversations were then used for manipulation and control of the devotees. Of this there is no doubt.
Another president was caught out spying on devotees on a number of occasions. In this instance, the perpetrator was seen to hide around corners, peer through windows and stand listening outside closed doors. This president always seemed to know about everything going on. I wonder how!
This is a direct intrusion of a persons rights to privacy. If you suspect this is going on in your temple stay away from the perpetrator and report this to the police....
