Then this may contradict the cause and effect of karma, since one is destined to suffer, but due to his effort he is overcoming that suffering? The person who gets health by such exercises is benefited, which is also a part of the implementation of the fruits of deeds. God arranges the fruits of good and bad deeds alternatively in the life cycle and this point removes the above objection.
